We worked hard our last 2 visits to bring new improvements to the Florida Girl condo for the 2024 season. The most obvious update is new living room furniture! A love seat facing towards the best view you'll ever have, a full sleeper sofa, and a rocker/recliner/swivel chair. Along with the living room updates, we also repainted the end tables to a bright teal color, and the coffee table to a new bright blue. Expanding the Florida Girl artwork, 3 new paintings by Florida Girl now hang above the living room couch, adding even more style and bright colors to this ocean view condo.
And then a few updates that may go unseen, new box springs in the master bedroom, new box spring covers for both bed rooms, a new 50 gallon water heater, and a brand new dishwasher! And then outdoors, in the pool just below our balcony, we have brand new mesh pool chairs.
And in addition to the Florida Girl paintings made exclusively for the condo, we have now also added a digital photo frame that rotates thru various Florida Girl paintings, adding even more color to the room.
