I thought that I would feel like Mary Poppins in this dress and this dress is "Practically Perfect in Every Way"!!!!!!! So many things that I love about it! It is light weight, flowy and the skirt has a pleated like ruffle to it. Adequate room in the sleeve/should area. And it has a thin waistband to accent the waistline. I could wear this dress every day because I love the way that it makes me feel! Class it up with accessories and heels or dress it down with a pair of flats! It is made by Pretty Garden and I have loved all of the clothing that I have purchased so far! It comes in 11 diffrent striped colors! I am wearing my true size Large.
